29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1):Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): Workplace located at 2700 W. 16th St., Sedalia, Missouri- Hallway between Lehr 5 and Lehr 6- Fans 28 & 29 and similar fans were not fully guarded on the back side of the pulley in which employees were required to work above the improperly guarded pulleys in order to ignite pilot lights.
