The mule(s) and forklift(s) were found to be in need of repair which were unsafe for operation and were not taken out of service. The mules and forklift(s) had damaged battery cables exposing the inner copper wires and/or missing hazard dome light(s). Employee(s) were exposed to struck by and/or electrical shock hazard(s).
