29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about February 10, 2022, at the apartment building yard, the employer did not ensure the scaffold platform, that was supported by a rough terrain forklift truck, was approved for use by the forklift truck manufacturer. This exposed the employee to struck-by and fall hazards.
