29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Jegs High Performance Centers located at 751 East 11th Ave, Columbus, OH 43211: On and preceding January 31, 2022, an electrical circuit breaker box in the north west corner of the lower shop had broken circuit breakers with metal parts exposed and unused openings not covered thereby exposing employees to fire and electrical shock hazards.
