29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels : a) Libertystone, Tiger side- The employer did not obtain annual audiograms for all employees at or above the action level of 85 dba as an eight-hour time-weighted average. The employee was exposed to noise above the action level at 97.8 decibels on the A scale (dBA) and they last received an audiogram in November of 2019. b) Libertystone, Reker side- The employer did not obtain annual audiograms for all employees at or above the action level of 85 dba as an eight-hour time-weighted average. The employee was exposed to noise above the action level at 93.9 decibels on the A scale (dBA) and they last received an audiogram in November of 2019. Abatement certification required.
