29 CFR 1910.119(c)(1):Employers shall develop a written plan of action regarding the implementation of the employee participation required by this paragraph. a. On or about January 25, 2022, the employer had not developed and implemented a written plan for employee participation as required by this part for the process safety management program for the ammonia refrigeration system. Ammonia when catastrophically released from a refrigeration system poses an asphyxiation hazard to employees.
