29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): Portable fire extinguishers were not maintained in a fully charged and operable condition: Production floor/Bunded bush area: On or about January 6, 2022. and time prior, Employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that the employees were not provided with a fully charged fire extinguisher while operating a PIV (Toyota propane lift #34).
