29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1):The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): On or about December 9, 2021 and at times prior thereto, employees were required to use PPE at jobsites and the employer did not assess each workplace and the hazards present to ensure each employee was provided the appropriate PPE.
