29 CFR 1910.132(a):Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: Employees were not provided personal protective equipment when applying powder coat painting containing Triglycidylisocyanurate (TGIC) and washing parts with a dilutes water/acid mixture. a. On or about December 14, 2021 employee was applying TGIC Yellow in the batch booth without wearing skin protection. b. On or about April 06, 2022 employees were applying various powder paints containing TGIC inside the line booth without no wearing skin protection. c. On or about December 14, 2021 employee was washing metal parts with diluted acid without wearing skin protection.
