29 CFR 1910.176(a):Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: a) 2233 26th Street SW Allentown, PA: On or about December 9, 2021 employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards while operating forklifts in the warehouse where aisles did not have sufficient safe clearances. Additionally, aisles and passageways were not kept in good repair and without obstructions.
