The refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker appliances were plugged into power taps and/or into temporary extension cords and were not used according to listing and labeling instructions. Employee(s) were exposed to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s). In the following locations: a) Banquet/training/event room - Fridge plugged into a temporary extension cord. b) Gaming Commission Room - Fridge and microwave plugged into power taps. c) Table Game Shift Office - Pepsi Fridge daisy chained into a power taps. d) Table Game Directors Office - Pepsi Fridge plugged into power taps. e) Accounting Room - Pepsi Fridge plugged into power taps. f) New IT Room - Fridge, Microwave and Coffee Maker plugged into power taps. g) HR Breakroom - Fridge, Microwave and Coffee Maker plugged into power taps. h) Facilities Office - Fridge and Coffee Maker plugged into power taps.
