29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Employees engaged in maintenance activities , were exposed to hazardous energy, such as 480VAC and pneumatic power in that existing specific energy control procedures were not being used when locking out and tagging this equipment, increasing the potential for employees to miss a critical step, exposing maintenance employees to electrical hazards, amputation, caught-in, crushing and struck by hazards in the following instances: 1) RoofTracker III at Truss Assembly 2) HornetSaw at the Wall Assembly Line
