29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200 paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met; a) WR Murdock and Sons; On or about October 9, 2021, and times prior, employees use and are exposed to a variety of hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to paint, paint thinner, and top coats, which contain acetone, ethylbenzene, Toluene, and Xylene. A written hazard communication program was not implemented in the workplace.
