29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) Groundworks Colorado, LLC DBA Foundation Repair of Western Colorado at 638 Meadow Rd in Snowmass Village, CO 81615: On or about October 1, 2021, and at times prior, employees were working in trenches up to 10 feet 6 inches deep without protective helmets. This exposed employees to struck-by hazards from falling material.
