29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1)(i): The exposure control plan did not contain a description of the tasks in the workplace that involved exposure to respirable crystalline silica: a) Walter Apartments 4 Executive Drive Marlton, NJ 08053: The site specific silica exposure control plan did not describe the tasks that would be conducted at the site involving exposure to crystalline silica when employees were operating a jack hammer to demolish a concrete side walk, on or about 9/29/21. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
