[55 FR 32016, Aug. 6, 1990] a) On or about September 7, 2021, the employer failed to provide electrical training for employees utilizing electrical testers and who were performing repairs on equipment such as but not limited to the Viking VK-2 gate controller used to operate rolling gates, where employees worked on or near exposed electrical circuits operating at 115 volts or more to ground.
