29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written chemical hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Maintenance Shop, A & S Sanitation Inc., 673 Jerusalem Road, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076; On or about 9/09/2021 and thereafter, a written plan was not developed for communicating hazard(s) of chemicals used be employee(s) for vehicle maintenance such as brake cleaner aerosol sprays and oxy-acetylene torch gas cylinders with flammable properties, as well as automotive lubricants & hydraulic fluids with simple skin/eye irritant properties.
