29 CFR 1926.451(b)(7): On scaffolds where platforms are overlapped to create a long platform, the overlap was not at least 12 inches (30 cm) and the platforms were not nailed together or otherwise restrained to prevent movement: Site- On or about August 5, 2021 employees working from a carpenter bracket scaffold were not protected from a fall hazard where 16 foot scaffold planks were overlapped less than 12 inches and not secured to prevent unintentional displacement.
