29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):Ladders were not used only for the purpose for which they were designed: 2 Janet Circle., Shrewsbury, MA: On or about July 21, 2021, employees were observed using an unopened A frame ladder to access the residence being constructed, in lieu of proper means of accessing the building. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
