29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): (a) On or about July 12, 2021 - 108 Von Braun Drive, Huntsville, AL, employees were exposed to struck-by and burn hazards when an assessment for PPE use had not been done for work such as, but not limited to, changing propane tanks on the propane forklift and moving slabs.
