29 CFR 1910.252(a)(1)(i): When the object to be welded or cut could not be readily moved, all movable fire hazards in the vicinity were not taken to a safe place: On or about June 23, 2021, at the location of 5535 Wegman Rd., Valley City, OH 44280, line 12, die cut, all moveable fire hazards, including flammable paint and flammable thinner which were integrated into the equipment, were not removed prior to cutting metal with a Miller Spectrum 875 plasma cutter, exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards.
