29 CFR 1910.23(b)(8): 29 CFR 1910.23(b)(8): The employer did not ensure that ladders are used only for the purposes for which they were designed. On or about June 16, 2021, at the Hard Rock Stadium parking area, located at 347 Don Shula Drive, Miami Gardens, Florida, employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 5ft due to using A-frame ladders in the closed position while placing nylon straps around trees.
