29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained when inadequacies in an affected employee's use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill required by paragraph (a) of this section. (a) 1021 Mount De Chantel Rd, Wheeling, WV - On or about May 12, 2021, employees performing roofing work while not using fall protection were not retrained by the employer, exposing employees to falls of 11 - 16 feet.
