29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2):Portable extinguishers or hose used in lieu thereof under paragraph (d)(3) of this section shall be visually inspected monthly. a. On or before April 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the fire extinguisher in the southwest corner of Building 2 near door 21 was inspected monthly. b. On or before April 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the fire extinguisher near rack B-27 in Building 2 was inspected monthly. c. On or before April 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the fire extinguisher in the northwest corner of Building 2 was inspected monthly. d. On or before April 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the fire extinguisher in the northeast corner of Building 2 was inspected monthly. e. On or before April 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the fire extinguisher on the east side of Building 2 was inspected monthly. f. On or before April 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the fire extinguisher on the southeast corner of Building 2 was inspected monthly. g. On or before April 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the fire extinguisher between dock doors 41 and 42 in Building 2 was inspected monthly. h.
