29 CFR 1910.147(c)(5)(ii): Lockout devices and tagout devices were utilized for other purposes than controlling energy: a) Natural Pack - 100 Gibraltar Road, Reading, PA 19606 - The employer is using lock out/tag out devices on breakers that lead to equipment that is no longer installed in the building, on or about April 15, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
