Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards: (a) On or about March 15, 2021, and at times prior, for the employees exposed to fire and explosions hazards where the wall between a Class II Div 2 and a Class II Div 1 area had openings where pipes and ducts penetrated the wall in the powdered sugar building at 7525 Red River Road in Wahpeton, North Dakota.
