29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) Shamrock Painting Inc., 5012 National Western Drive Denver, CO 80216: On and before March 11, 2021, the employer had not developed a written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix). Employees were required to wear tight fitting respirators when spraying PRO INDUSTRIAL Waterborne Acrylic Dryfall. This condition exposed employees to a respiratory hazard. Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under 1926.103 are identical to those set forth in 1910.134.
