29 CFR 1926.502(d)(11): Lifelines were not protected against being cut or abraded: On or about February 23, 2021, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 13'-6" above a lower level while installing steel decking on the mezzanine and the employer did not ensure the horizontal lifeline was protected from cuts when installed around the sharp corner of a structural beam.
