29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) Transdev Services, Inc., at 7500 E 41st Avenue, Denver, CO: On and preceding 2/17/2021, the employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed. Employees performed maintenance of buses. The buses were raised using auto lifts during maintenance. Employees were exposed to mechanical, electrical, and potential energy sources of the raised buses. The LOTO procedure was last inspected 1/15/2020. This condition exposed employees to uncontrolled energy hazards. (b) Transdev Services, Inc., at 7500 E 41st Avenue, Denver, CO: On and preceding 2/17/2021, the employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed. Employees and contractors performed maintenance of a Champion Advantage air compressor. The air compressor had electrical and pneumatic energy sources. The LOTO procedure was last inspected 1/15/2020. This condition exposed employees to uncontrolled energy hazards.
