29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4):Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view: (a) On February 5, 2021; an employee operated a CAT GP25, S/N SAM91562 powered industrial truck to move multiple bins of onions between the staging area outside of the Packing Line and the empty bin staging area. The operator was traveling forward and his view was obstructed by the load. (b) On February 5, 2021; an employee operated a Toyota, S/N 8fgu2519592 powered industrial truck to move multiple bins of onions between the staging area outside of the Packing Line and the empty bin staging area.
