29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): (a) 319 Lockheed Street, Pueblo CO 81001: On or about January 8, 2021, and at times prior, employees in the roofing, HVAC, and electrical departments were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 12 feet while working on roofs of residential structures. Employees were exposed while performing work on roofs of mobile homes at heights greater than 4 feet above a lower level. Employees were not provided with fall protection systems to prevent exposure to fall hazards.
