29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces: a) Place One Apartments, 777 W Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting, PA: On or about December 16, 2020, the employer did not evaluate the elevator shafts on site to determine if they were permit required confined spaces. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
