29 CFR 1910.242(a):The employer did not ensure that employees were furnished with tools and equipment that were in a safe condition: On or about December 7, 2020 and at times prior thereto in the Logistics Track 5 and 6 Railcar loading area at the Eco Services Operations manufacturing facility in Houston, TX workers were exposed struck by, entanglement, and other hazards that cause injury to hands and other body parts when the tools used were not in safe condition.
