29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. On or about 12/3/2020, at the Commerce, Georgia facility, the employer did not develop and implement specific written procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy for equipment on which employees were performing service and maintenance activities. Employees were exposed to amputation and caught-in hazards on machines and equipment to include the Accurpress Pressbrakes and Ficep HP16 T4 CNC Angle Machine.
