29 CFR 1910.266(d)(6)(ii):The distance between adjacent work areas was not at least two tree lengths of the trees being felled: a) Bug Ridge Road: On or about November 25, 2020 and times prior, an employee was felling a 90 foot poplar tree. An employee was exposed to struck by hazards from the tree when he worked approximately 45 feet away putting chains away on the dozer.
