29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition: On or about 11/23/20, the employer failed to ensure that Clark Forklift, model # GPX25, serial # GPX230E-0220-9232FB, was taken out of service when it was discovered to be defective. The forklift had an inoperable horn and backup alarm, and an illegible data plate.
