29 CFR 1910.177(d)(4)(i): The employer did not assure that employees use a clip-on chuck when inflating tires on rim wheels. On or about November 17, 2020 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide a clip-on chuck to secure the air hose to the valve stem of the tire. This exposes the employees servicing the tires to struck-by hazards.
