29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15):Anchorages used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds per employee attached, or were not designed, installed and used: (a) Jobsite located at 230 E. Berkley Ave. Clifton Heights, PA - 19018: Employees performing roofing activities located approx. 11ft above ground level were connected to the same Guardian Temper roof anchor. Per manufacturer's guidance, the anchor is only designed for a maximum of 1 personal fall arrest system (PFAS). Condition was observed on or about November 9, 2020.
