29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): a) Jobsite, 121 Walker Lane, Tipton, PA: On or about October 28, 2020, the employer had not conducted a hazard assessment for logging operations that two employees were performing on a weekly basis and were not utilizing personal protective equipment, such as, but not limited to; head, eye, face protection and chaps.
