29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): a. On or about October 15, 2020, and at times prior, the employer did not conduct a PPE hazard assessment to determine hazards in the workplace and where PPE was necessary. As a result employees were exposed to hazards such as, but not limited to, chemical, electrical, mechanical, physical, and thermal.
