29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) On or about October 13, 2020, at the previously addressed jobsite, employees were not trained in the recognition of jobsite hazards related to residential construction and associated electrical hazards. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
