29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(iii)(A):Vehicles or mechanical equipment capable of having parts of their structures elevated near energized overhead lines were not operated so that a clearance of 10 feet (305 cm) was maintained: Jobsite located at 1260 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, Connecticut: On, or about, October 3, 2020, the work platform of a Tracked Lifts Model PB18.90 Pro spider lift was positioned within 10 feet of a primary power transmission line while the employee was shaping the canopy of a tree.
