29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: (a) Jobsite: On or about September 23, 2020, an employee was working from a manually propelled scaffold and none of the wheels were locked in place. The fall hazard to the employee was 12 feet 3 inches to a wooden floor.
