29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) K & K Surplus, Inc., 8381 Brighton Rd., Commerce City, CO 80022: On or before September 9, 2020 the employer did not maintain a written hazard communication program. This condition exposes employees to chemical hazards in the workplace. such as but not limited to gasoline, oil, and hydraulic fluid. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
