29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee�s ability to use a respirator before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: (a) Mystic Meadows Rehabilitation & Nursing Center- Harbor Unit, and Comfort Cove Unit: On or about May 6, 2020, the employer provided and required the use of respirators in the facility. The employer did not provide employees, such as, but not limited to, Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, and Housekeepers with a medical evaluation prior to the use of the respirators.
