29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(i): The employer did not ensure that employees were trained in the nature of the fall hazards in the work area and how to recognize them: a) Second floor, center of warehouse, south side, on or about 7-24-20: Two employees were using an elevated access opening (hoist area) for transfer of furniture, stock, etc. between the first and second floors, without training on the nature of fall hazards in their work area and how to recognize them, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 12 feet 11 inches.
