29 CFR 1910.333(c)(6):Conductive materials and equipment that were in contact with an employee's body were not handled in a manner that would prevent them from contacting exposed energized conductors or circuit parts: (a) Worksite was located at 237 Brooklake Road, Florham Park, NJ 07932 An employee was exposed to electrocution hazards when he had extended a Werner 32 foot aluminum extension ladder to a height of 28 feet to access a chimney to place a chimney cap on a flue when the ladder came in contact with uninsulated live primary power lines. Each power line was carrying 7.2 kV and they were at a height of 22'6" above the ground. Violation occurred on or about July 9, 2020
