29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) Location: Jobsite On or about July 14, 2020 an employee was exposed to fall hazards of up to 30 feet to the concrete sidewalk below while working on a fabricated frame scaffold where the working levels had not been fully planked.
