29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: a) On or about July 8, 2020, the employer failed to maintain copies of safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace. Safety data sheets were not available to employees required to work with or around hazardous chemicals including compressed natural gas (CNG) cylinders.
