29 CFR 1910.272(g)(1)(i): The employer did not issue a permit for entering bins, silos or tanks in the grain handling facility before the employees entered the bins, silos, or tanks: (a) On or about June 10, 2020, and at times prior to that date for the employee who was engulfed and suffered fatal injuries while knocking down crusted sunflower seeds in Bin 133 at 2147 77th Avenue SE in Pingree, North Dakota. (b) On or about May 21, 2020 , and at times prior to that date for employees exposed to potential health and safety hazards while cleaning inside grain bins at 2147 77th Avenue SE in Pingree, North Dakota.
